Leonard Yeo

Leonard Yeo is a dedicated martial arts instructor and academy owner with extensive experience in technical Poomsae, self-defense, and youth athletic development. Through an athlete-centred, performance-based coaching approach, he empowers students to build discipline, master biomechanics, and achieve physical excellence.

In Taekwondo, he holds a 3rd Dan certification from the Singapore Taekwondo Federation and a 2nd Dan from Kukkiwon. On the self-defence side, he is a Diploma Practitioner Level 1 in Krav Maga with the IKMF, and a Certified Empowerment Self-Defence Coach.

In 2021 he served as a close combat instructor at the Basic Military Training Centre and Officer Cadet School, covering wrist locks, joint locks and knife defence with officer cadets.
